2. Appointment Booking
2.1. Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email.
2.2. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time for service, but scheduling is subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4.1. Service fees are based on the type and lining of the chimney and will be provided to you before scheduling the appointment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

6.2. We are not responsible for pre-existing chimney conditions or issues that were not identified during the inspection process.
6.3. Our service is performed to the best of our abilities and in accordance with industry standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for any issues or damages resulting from previous inadequate chimney maintenance, repairs, or installations performed by third parties.
7. Safety Precautions
7.1. For safety reasons, we ask that customers and occupants refrain from using the fireplace or stove for at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
7.2. Children and pets should be kept away from the work area during the chimney sweep process.
8. Compliance with Regulations
8.1. We adhere to all local regulations and guidelines related to chimney sweep services.
8.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable building codes or regulations related to chimney maintenance.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
10. Call Out Fee
10.1. A call out fee of £40 will be applicable in the following circumstances:
i. If the customer fails to provide access to the chimney or surrounding areas.
ii. If the customer cancels the appointment 24 hours before scheduled time.
iii. If the customer requests a visit for a reason unrelated to chimney maintanence.
iiii. If for any reason a sweep isn't able to be achieved.
10.2. The call out fee covers the cost of dispatching a technician to the customers location.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
